Purchasing Guide for Saphyad- Counter flow Fiberglass Cooling Tower

  1. The price of Saphyad Fiberglass Cooling Tower shall be inquired from the related company after the customer’s request and calculation of the required capacity, and will be informed subsequently.
  2. All the above Saphyad cooling towers are counter flow and bottle type.
  3. Shell of the above fiberglass cooling towers with suitable thickness for each capacity with anti UV coating.
  4. Shell and washbasin of cold water in Saphyad cooling towers, Model SFC is made of composite (fiberglass and fiber carbon) resistance with corrosion, anti UV and resistant with impact
  5. Design of Saphyad cooling towers has been designed based on input water temperature f=Th95 and temperature of output cold water is f=Tc 85 and wet air of the environment is f=Tw 75.
  6. Water temperature exit from cooling towers depends on temperature of wet air of each place and maximum reduction of water temperature exit from cooling towers is about 3 cg. exceeding temperature of wet air of the same place. For example, max. wet air temperature of Tehran in the summer is 22 cg. and in the best case, temperature of cooled water of cooling tower is about 25 cg.

Regarding permanent evaporation of water from cooling towers, for prevention from sediment of water salt in nozzles, packings, tube washbasin, tubes or condenser heat transfer surfaces of cooling system leading to reduction of general efficiency of system, it is necessary to use softener in cooling systems.  
  3. In the towers used for cooling for industrial consumptions for four seasons, it is necessary install heating suitable element with suitable capacity in cooling tower washbasin for prevention of freezing of tower water in the winters.
  4. Meanwhile, Don’t forget discharge water and wash washbasin salts of cooling tower at the end of summer.
